Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshoot issues with systems and networks.
- Install new hardware and software.
- Perform system upgrades.
- Manage backup and recovery.
- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
The ideal candidate’s profile should include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or programming, information technology or a similar field.
- Working experience in similar position.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
Required Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of UNIX /Linux based environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and services (DNS – DHCP).
- Troubleshooting of Microsoft products (Windows, SQL, Azure, Office365)
- Experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g.,Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX)
- Cloud experience, preferably in AWS
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
- Experience with monitoring systems.
Optional Technical Skills:
- Scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)
- Experience with automation software (e.g., Puppet, cfengine, Chef)
- Experience in Networking & Security solutions.
