3. Kick-off Meeting​

The first meeting between our team and the client team. Allows the project team to be introduced, understand the project goals and objectives and share all important information.

2. Set Up ​

We finalize and approve scope, lay out development roadmap, work allocation and tracking, communication plan, risk management and involved teams.

4. Execution ​

This is the part where deliverables are developed and completed. Regular team and client check-ins, adjustments of team, plans, schedule.

5. Review ​

Ongoing monitoring and controlling to ensure project is on-track, using visual tools such as Gantt charts and KPIs.

6. Closure​

Final delivery; handover project deliverables, approve results and evaluate project. Now we can discuss your next big idea!
