A Solutions Architect bridges the gap between technical and business aspects of a project. He/she leads architectural design sessions, develops proof of concepts/pilots, implements projects, and delivers ongoing refinement and enhancement.

Responsibilities Include:

Define engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans and coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams.
Evaluate technologies, assess the technical needs and capabilities during implementation.
Prove technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce test plans that prove project feasibility and keep them updated.
Develop proofs of concept that validate the proposed solution.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Create detailed technical documentation that describes the solution, including architecture diagrams, interface specifications and data models.

The ideal candidate’s profile should include:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, in computer engineering or programming, information technology or a similar field.
Working experience in similar position.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Experience in various software designs, languages, and architecture.
Solution definition and problem-solving skills.
Practical experience in project management.
Familiarity with computer networks and IT security management.
Experience and knowledge of cloud computing.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.

Required Technical Skills:

5+ years’ proven experience as an architect, project manager, or developer.
Knowledgeable about all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery for web, client-server, and cloud-based systems.
Good knowledge of modern software engineering principles and best practices.

Optional Technical Skills:

Subject matter expertise in Banking, Fintech or Telecommunications.
