QA/BA Engineer

A QA/BA Engineer gathers and analyzes data to develop and investigate potential new solutions and improvements to systems and processes. He/she also oversees every phase of design, development, testing and delivery to verify if the product meets the quality standards and requirements.

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
• Help design, document and maintain system processes.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
• Performs various stages of testing, develops testing processes, documents test progress.
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
• Verify that the final product meets the requirements.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or programming, information technology or a similar field.
• Working experience in similar position.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Time Management.
• Technical writing skills.
• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.

• Experience with coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery).
• Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and testing tools and processes.
• Experience with tools for test management and bug tracking.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Basic programming skills on Java or PHP.

• Database systems including SQL, Oracle, Java Content Repository (JCR).
• Oracle Weblogic Admin/Tuning Experience.
• Web portal development (LifeRay).
